By using the Osta app or website, you agree to these Terms. Osta is governed by Iraqi law and Iraqi consumer-protection law.
1. Acceptance & Registration
You must be 18 or older to use Osta. You commit to providing accurate information upon registration and are responsible for all activity on your account.
2. Service Description
Osta is an intermediary platform connecting customers with independent technicians. Osta is not an employer of technicians and is not directly liable for the quality of their work, but stands behind the service-guarantee program described below.
3. User Obligations
You commit to not misusing the app, providing honest ratings, not making off-platform deals with technicians to bypass the system, and not sharing your account.
4. Payment & Cancellation
Services are paid after completion. Cancellation is free up to 30 minutes before technician arrival. Cancellation after that may incur a small fee. A full refund is guaranteed if the work was not completed due to technician fault.
5. Service Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the service, contact us within 72 hours. We guarantee a free redo or a full refund of the amount paid, as per the detailed policy in the app.
6. Limitation of Liability
Osta's financial liability in any incident does not exceed the amount paid for that service. Osta is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Governing Law & Disputes
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq. Disputes are resolved first by amicable settlement, then if necessary before the competent courts of Baghdad.
