We collect: your phone number (for verification and contact), your approximate location (to find nearby technicians), details of your orders and payments, and your ratings. We do not collect credit card data directly — it is processed via payment providers.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to operate the service (matching requests to technicians, processing payment), to improve the app, and to send service notifications. We do not sell your data to third parties or use it for targeted advertising.
3. Data Sharing
We share only necessary data with: technicians assigned to your request (name and approximate location), payment providers, and mapping services. All are bound not to use your data for any other purpose.
4. Your Rights
You have the right to view, correct, or delete your data at any time from the app settings. You can also request a copy of your data in a readable format.
5. Security
We use TLS encryption for data transfer, and store data in encrypted databases. Access to user data is restricted to authorized employees only.
6. Cookies
The website uses only technically necessary cookies (session and authentication). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
7. Changes to This Policy
In case of a material change, we will notify you via the app 30 days before it takes effect. Continued use of the service means acceptance of the changes.
