Booking
- How do I book a service on Osta?
- Choose a service from the list, pick a suitable time, and confirm the request. You will receive the technician's name and estimates before arrival.
- Can I schedule a service in advance?
- Yes. You can book an appointment within the next 48 hours. For later slots, reach us via the in-app chat.
- Is the displayed price final?
- The displayed price is an estimate. The technician confirms the final price after inspection. If it differs significantly, you have the right to cancel at no charge.
- What if the technician does not arrive?
- Contact us immediately via chat. We guarantee rescheduling within two hours or a full refund.
Payment
- What payment methods are available?
- Cash on delivery, or electronically via ZainCash, Qi Card, and FastPay.
- When do I pay?
- You pay after the work is complete and verified — not before. There is no upfront payment.
- How do I get a refund for an electronic payment?
- Submit a refund request from the app within 72 hours. Review takes one business day, and refund takes 3-5 days.
Technicians
- How does Osta verify technicians?
- We verify national ID or passport, conduct a practical skill assessment, and review criminal background. Only those who pass all stages join the platform.
- Can I request a female technician?
- Yes. We have female technicians specializing in cleaning, home beauty, and painting. Select the "female technician" option when booking.
Account
- How do I change my phone number?
- From the settings section in the app, select "Edit Account". You will need to verify your new number with an OTP code.
- How do I delete my account?
- From Settings, select "Delete Account". Your personal data will be deleted within 30 days in accordance with the privacy policy.
